  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil For brushing on the crust
Main Ingredients
  • 2-4 pieces Eggs Fresh for best flavor
  • 1 cup Cheese Shredded mozzarella or cheddar
  • 1 cup Bell Peppers Chopped finely
  • 1 cup Spinach Wilted slightly
  • 1/2 cup Onions Sautéed for sweetness
  • 4 slices Turkey Bacon Cooked until crispy
  • to taste Salt and Pepper For seasoning
  • to taste Fresh Herbs Basil or parsley for garnish

Equipment

  • 1 Oven Preheat to 425°F (220°C)
  • 1 Rolling pin For rolling out the pizza dough

Method
 

  1. Set your oven to 425°F (220°C) and let it warm up while you prepare the pizza.
  2. Roll out your pizza dough on a floured surface until it’s about 12 inches in diameter.
  3. Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce or marinara over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  4. Generously sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce, covering it evenly.
  5. Top with cooked and crumbled turkey bacon, diced bell peppers, and onions.
  6. Carefully crack 2-4 eggs on top of the pizza, spacing them out for even cooking.
  7. Sprinkle salt, pepper, and a dash of Italian seasoning over the toppings for extra flavor.
  8. Place the pizza in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the eggs are set.
  9. Once baked, remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
  10. Slice your breakfast pizza into wedges and serve warm. Enjoy your delicious morning delight!
