  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil For brushing on the crust

  • 2-4 pieces Eggs Fresh for best flavor
  • 1 cup Cheese Shredded mozzarella or cheddar
  • 1 cup Bell Peppers Chopped finely
  • 1 cup Spinach Wilted slightly
  • 1/2 cup Onions Sautéed for sweetness
  • 4 slices Turkey Bacon Cooked until crispy
  • to taste Salt and Pepper For seasoning
  • to taste Fresh Herbs Basil or parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Set your oven to 425°F (220°C) and let it warm up while you prepare the pizza.
  • Roll out your pizza dough on a floured surface until it’s about 12 inches in diameter.
  • Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce or marinara over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  • Generously sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce, covering it evenly.
  • Top with cooked and crumbled turkey bacon, diced bell peppers, and onions.
  • Carefully crack 2-4 eggs on top of the pizza, spacing them out for even cooking.
  • Sprinkle salt, pepper, and a dash of Italian seasoning over the toppings for extra flavor.
  • Place the pizza in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the eggs are set.
  • Once baked, remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
