Instructions
 

Prepare the Rice

  • Start by cooking 1 cup of white rice according to package instructions. Fluff it up and set it aside.

Make the Patties

  • In a bowl, mix 1 pound of ground beef or turkey with 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Form into 4 patties.

Cook the Patties

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through. Remove and keep warm.
