Gather Ingredients
- 1 lb langostino tails, 2 tbsp olive oil, 2 cloves garlic, minced, 1 lemon, juiced, salt and pepper to taste, fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish).
Preparation
- Thaw langostino tails if frozen. Pat them dry with paper towels. Marinate in olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper for 15 minutes.
Cooking Process
- 1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add marinated langostino tails to the skillet.
3. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until they turn pink and opaque.
4. Remove from heat and let rest for a minute.
Assembly/Plating
- Transfer langostino tails to a serving platter. Garnish with fresh parsley. Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
