Method
 

Gather Ingredients
  1. 1 lb langostino tails, 2 tbsp olive oil, 2 cloves garlic, minced, 1 lemon, juiced, salt and pepper to taste, fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish).
Preparation
  1. Thaw langostino tails if frozen. Pat them dry with paper towels. Marinate in olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper for 15 minutes.
Cooking Process
  1. 1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
    2. Add marinated langostino tails to the skillet.
    3. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until they turn pink and opaque.
    4. Remove from heat and let rest for a minute.
Assembly/Plating
