Gather Ingredients
- Peel the bananas and break them into chunks. Measure out the almond milk and other ingredients.
Cooking Process
- Add banana chunks, almond milk, almond butter, honey, and vanilla extract to a blender. Blend on high until smooth and creamy. If desired, add ice cubes and blend again for a chilled smoothie.
Assembly/Plating

Notes
For a thicker smoothie, freeze the bananas beforehand! Adjust sweetness by adding more honey or maple syrup to taste. Blend in a handful of spinach for an extra nutrient boost without altering the flavor!
